To provide a supportive platform for new & emerging visual artists to grow and prosper through education, opportunities and an inclusive, evolving annual arts festival, and to unite families and community through enjoyment of the arts.

1st place winner in the Emerging-Professional category of the OAF/CCBC Film Festival - Roman Diaz,Como El Agua, by Onel Mulet from Brooklyn, NY. This revealing documentary takes an intimate look at a renowned Cuban master drummer and Jazz musician. Shot on location and accompanied throughout by the rhythmic pulse of Rumba, Jazz and New York City.

Real talk: Over HALF the films submitted to our festival were rejected.
Not because the stories were bad. 
Because of poor lighting. Bad audio. Weak editing. Thin scripts.
