Area: Orlando 32828
Schedule: Monday to Friday
10:00am - 1:30pm
Service: Personal Support.

Case B:
Area: Orlando 32810
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday
9:00am - 5:00pm
Service: Personal Support.

Case C:
Área: Winter Haven 33881
Schedule: (15Hrs per Week)
Service: Homemaker/Personal Support.

Case D:
Área: Tampa 33607
Schedule: (25Hrs Per Week)
Service: Homemaker/Personal Support.

Porta Nova is seeking experienced caring and dependable Direct Service Providers that have special skills, credentials, and personality to provide non-medical home care services for individuals with disabilities and to the Elderly community such as:

^Personal Support Service.
^Personal Care Service.
^Life Skills Development Level II
^Respite Care Service
^Long Term Care Service
^Homemaker Service

Requirements:
*Level 2 background screening on file with AHCA/Medicaid
*Florida License is required
*Must be 18 years old
*Local Law Background Screening for the county you reside in
*Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
*Driver's License
*Social Security Card
*High School Diploma, or GED, College Degree or Official Transcript

***ALL Required Certificates and Training's that require both the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) and AHCA/Medicaid. (We will assist in obtaining.)
Second Language is a Plus
