Shrimp with Broccoli
Ingredients
* Large shrimp: It can be fresh or frozen, peeled or unpeeled.
* Broccoli
* White onion
* Rice vinegar
* Soy sauce
* Chili garlic sauce: Optional
* Sesame oil: For cooking
Instructions
Sauté the broccoli and onion over medium high heat for 5 to 6 minutes, then add the shrimp for 3 to 4 minutes. Then, you’ll pour in the sauces and remaining ingredients and cook 1 minute more. So quick and easy!!! You can eat it with quinoa, brown rice, potatoes and more.
