E-Z Summer Treat: WATERMELON Ice Cream! πŸ‰

Serves: 1 quart
Prep Time: 10 minutes (plus freezing time)

Ingredients:
3 cups watermelon, cubed
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Arrange the watermelon cubes on a wax paper-lined baking sheet and freeze for 3–4 hours.
Add half of the frozen watermelon and the sweetened condensed milk to a blender. Blend until combined.
Add the remaining watermelon and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until firm.
Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
