Easiest Paneer recipe you can ever make !!

Checkout the below recipe.
1. Cut paneer (300gm) into cubes
2. Saute paneer cubes in oil until it gets golden edges
3. Keep paneer aside
4. Now in same pan add 2-3 tsp oil
5. Once its heated, add whole spices - cinnamon stick, tej patta, 4/5 black pepper and cloves
6. Add few garlic cloves and ginger piece
7. add 2 roughly chopped onions (green chilli are optional)
8. Cook these things until onions are translucent
9. Remove tej patta and cinnamon stick
10. Once done, transfer this onion mixture into a blender jar and when its little cooled, make a fine paste out of it
11. Make dahi masala - take 1.5 bowl dahi
12. Add dhaniya powder, kashmiri red chili powder, haldi, garam masala to it and mix
13. Now again in same pan add the grinded onion masala
14. Add dahi ka masala
15. Add water after cleaning the grinder
16. Now once this miz starts boiling add salt
17. Add paneer cubes, cover and cook for 10 mins
18. In last garnish with kasuri methi and fresh coriander

Deep Frying ??? Forget it!!!! Who said delicious snacks have to be deep fried?
Snack smart is not hard! 🍿️ I made famous Mirchi pakoda in airfryer and it turned out pretty well. Just a few sprays of oil and you will get same crunch & taste without any guilt.

Checkout the below recipe.
Recipe:

1. Mash 2 boiled potatoes, add grated paneer ij it
2. Green chillies, fresh coriander, salt, black salt, Dhaniya powder, haldi, red chilli powder, garam masala & chaat masala, cumin powder
3. Mix keep aside
4. Now make besan batter , it should be thick & not runny
5. Make a cut in green chillies, stuff the aloo masala, dip in besan batter and line them in airfryer
6. You can always put extra besan on top of chillis
7. Airfry at 375°F for 12-15 mins until crispy, turning them once once- twice
8. Enjoy hot with tea
