I’ve been sitting with something from the CEO Summit…

Scaling isn’t a strategy problem.
It’s a capacity problem.

That really stayed with me.

We talk a lot about growth more revenue, more impact, more expansion but rarely do we ask:
Can we actually hold it?

Because if our subconscious is running 95% of our lives… then most of our limits aren’t external. They’re internal.

Our minds are wired to keep us safe.
And for many of us, “safe” has been conditioned to mean small.

So when we hit resistance, it’s easy to label it as failure or misalignment.
But what if it’s not that?

What if it’s protection?

That shift from “Why isn’t this working?” to “Am I available to hold this?” changes everything.

It also made me reflect on something I experienced recently at the Powerful Living event…

Most people operate from:
desire + hustle = results

But in reality, it’s:
desire + non-resistance = results

The difference is everything.

Because the moments in my life where things have truly expanded… didn’t come from forcing.
They came from clarity, trust, and getting out of my own way.

Growth isn’t always about doing more.
Sometimes it’s about becoming someone who can hold more.
