Resistance on a spin bike has many parallels to life! We feel timid, shy, and scared of turning it β¬οΈβ¬οΈβ¬οΈ So then we hold back and rob ourselves of an opportunity to grow. In my class, we practice boldness. We practice feeling scared and doing it any ways!

Tonight, I poached an egg for the first time. π³ Following the directions on page 150 of the Whole 30 book.
Also, made oven-baked salmon by following directions on page 158. My salmon is from Trader Joe's and it was boneless and skinless (which I prefer) in the frozen food aisle.
Veggies were frozen. I thawed the veggies in the microwave and then absorbed the excess water with paper towels. Pan fried them with Ghee, garlic, and salt & pepper. Yes, you do see edamame (I am re-entering).
