Opera Omaha Guild

Opera Omaha’s performance of Unshakable was absolutely amazing. Such a beautiful love story. The costumes and stage/lighting were stunning. The music was magical! BRAVO to everyone 💖. You must go see it. It’s only 45 minutes long. And the audience participation was fun.

The Opera Omaha Guild would like to thank everyone who supported us this year. We had a fabulous year. We have so many things planned to support Opera Omaha next year, so I hope you join us. Starting with Opera Outdoors in August, then throughout the year-the Opening Night Overtures, Victorian Tea, Study Group/ Lunch and Learn, Cotillion, Metropolitan Opera Laffont Competition, Annual Meeting and more. Thank you to everyone who bought a raffle ticket. Thank you to Kelly Sanford and her son Liam for making it such a great success. Thank you to the Opera Omaha Guild Board members for all of your extremely hard work making this past year so memorable. Thank you to the Opera Omaha staff for always supporting us and our activities. Thank you to Mayor Ewing and Dr. Viv Ewing for your support also. And what a treat to have our Laffont Competition Encouragement Award winner Zhuhai Pang perform with Opera Omaha Head of Music Josh Quinn, and Kim Meyer play her harp for lunch and the fashion show, produced by Lora Kaup. The fashion show was stunning. Thank you To Natalie Bartling, Kathy Gross, Marilyn Martin, Sherry Taxman, Deb Peterson, Christina Miller, Betty Foster and Kelly Sanford for making the ballroom look magical.
