What I wish all seniors knew before deciding when and who to book their senior photos with!!

IT’S TIMEEE!!! Class of 2027 senior photo season starts today!!! And the thing you will take away from this post is that I am a girls girl. I got your back!!

The number one question I get besides, where should I take my senior photos, is “what should I bring to my senior session?”

I bring things along to make the session go as smoothly as possible and stress free, but here is what you should bring…
- Obviously all your outfits, with shoes, and accessories
- Touch up makeup kit- think lipgloss and powder
- WATER!! It gets hot here in Nebraska, and I need you to not pass out
- A snack for the car, some sessions are 3 hours long, so a snack is always a good thing. No one wants to take photos while they are hangry
- Freshen up stuff. This is different for everyone, what is going to make you feel fresh and clean. Dry shampoo, deodorant, floss, perfume are some ideas
- Hair brush!! Sometimes its windy and we just need to smooth things out again
- Comfy shoes- Some locations require a little walking, so a pair of slip on comfy shoes is never a bad idea.
- Fan, this one is not required but is great for when you get back in the car and the AC is not fully kicked on yet.

WHAT I BRING FOR YOU!!
- Full emergency kit!
- Lots of minis, this includes things like blotting sheets, tide pens, safety pins, hair gel, bandaids, meds, liquid Iv, etc.
- Changing tent- because changing in the car is uncomfortable
- Speaker- keep the vibes high
- Scissors- for tags or flower bouquets
- Bug spray and sunscreen- it is Nebraska in the summer time after all.

I will be shooting with seniors until November!! Let’s get this thing going!! I am so excited for you class of 2027!!
