What an incredible evening at "Taste, Tours & Conversation." My heart is as full as the plates we served! Seeing those bright smiles and curious hearts gathered together was the perfect seasoning for an inspiring night.
As we dived into Leader Cyndi Munson’s vision for the governorship of our great state of Oklahoma, I couldn’t help but reflect on my own journey. In the kitchen, we know that the best recipes require diverse ingredients and a lot of heat to create something extraordinary. The same is true for our state.

A Seat at the Table
Creating space for equality in leadership has always been my greatest passion. For too long, women have been told to keep their stations small, but I believe we are meant to take up space.

Whew — what a month! I think my oven is considering filing for overtime pay, and my spatulas are begging for a vacation. But through all the chaos, one thing keeps me going — you.

Every like, share, and kind word has meant the world to me and my little catering company. You’ve helped us grow, laugh, and keep the burners on (literally). Your support reminds me that even when the world feels a little wild, there’s still so much goodness simmering all around us.

So today, we rest — no aprons, no timers, just gratitude (and maybe a nap with a snack nearby). Thank you all for the love, the laughs, and the full plates. You’re the secret ingredient in everything we do. ❤️
