After ten years of foreign adventures, our founder came home where he took the old family traditions of Clan MacKay from his paternal grandmother, the wild spirit of Russia from his paternal grandfather and the lore and legacy of the canny moonshin

Hibiscus overload!😄🌺 Hibiscus is a key ingredient to us here at Fish Hawk. It’s used in our Absinthia Rubra, Spiced rum, and Black rum for the secret final touch🤫🍹
At Fish Hawk Spirits, we pride ourselves on using fresh, local ingredients. We use hibiscus flowers grown and harvested at the distillery as a final touch to our Absinthia Rubra, Spiced rum & Black rum to add a subtle floral elegance and touch of natural color✨
Come check us out at the Distillery to learn more about the process that goes into creating each spirit! Tours are available from Thursday-Sunday weekly, and you can reserve and book your tour at the link in our bio. We look forward to seeing you there!😄

Our 2025 Silver Queen whiskey corn harvest!🥃⛅️🌽 We had so much fun and are incredibly proud of all the work & effort that went into every step! We couldn’t have done it without our amazing team at the distillery. And we wanted to show you guys a little behind the scenes of the day🚜 Our mash will ferment for a month, one month to distill, and then will be barreled for 2 years to bring us our 2027 batch of our Silver Queen whiskey.
