Hi there, my name is Salsa! I’m a 3-4 month old baby boy and life didn’t start easy for me. These nice people rescued me and I was really scared at first, but I’ve come to LOVEEE people! As soon as my foster mom even gets near me I start purring like crazy. I love to be petted and I’m a total lap cat. I could sit in your lap and watch TV all night. I also love to play!!

I’m good with other cats as well. I’m still a little shy, but give me some time to warm up and I’ll be your best friend. I’m neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and combo test and f***l negative! I’m currently in Tampa FL but transport is available for the purrrfect home!

Hey everyone, Nyx here (though some of you might remember me as Cocoa)! 🐾

I know I’ve been a little quiet since March, but that’s only because my new life has been so busy and full of love. I just had to pause the playtime for a minute to give you all a quick update!
When I left Central Florida to head to my new life, I knew I was heading toward a bright future, but I had no idea just how amazing my new pack would be. I hit the absolute jackpot with my human, Shay. She gives the best head scratches and has made me feel like the center of the universe since day one.

But guess what? I didn’t just get an incredible mom—I got an instant crew! I have a big Fursister who has been showing me all the best napping spots around the house, and two big Furbrothers who also happened to be United Paws alumni! It’s like we speak the same language, and they’ve totally welcomed me into the alumni club with open paws.

Life is so good, guys. I went from waiting for my chance to having a big, happy family of my own. Thank you to everyone who took care of me until Shay found me.

Nutmeg, I am purring so loud for you! I know you are going to absolutely pamper your new humans, and I can't wait for you to experience how wonderful life on the outside is. We both made it, sister! Congratulations!

Hey there, everyone! Zenzi here! 🐾

I know, I know—usually this page is filled with the adorable meows and purrs of my feline foster brothers and sisters. But today, the cats are letting me borrow the keyboard for a very special update!

Can you believe it’s been over a whole year since I packed up my bags and said goodbye to the rescue? Back in late 2024 and early 2025, you guys were all cheering me on, sharing my story, and helping a big German Shepherd girl like me find her perfect place in the world. And guess what? I found it!

Life with my forever family is absolutely wonderful. I have spent the last year learning just how amazing it feels to be fully loved, spoiled, and part of a pack that is all my own. My days are now filled with long walks, tons of belly rubs, and playing in the yard.

Oh! And as you can see from my photo, I’ve also been taking driving lessons! 🚗💨 My parents let me get behind the wheel of the family vehicle, though I’m still working on reaching the pedals and figuring out how to use my mirrors properly. (Don't worry, I don't have my license just yet!)

I might be a big doggo, but this amazing rescue opens its heart to pets from all over the US—especially my feline friends down in Central Florida—when we need them most. Because of you, I got my happily ever after!
