Phil Jensen of CST 4 will receive the Silver Antelope award at the Scouting America National Annual Meeting on May 13. Phil has been a consulting member of the NLAS Executive Board since the last Annual Meeting and is designated to become a member of the NLAS Membership Committee. Congratulations to Phil!
