Met a client two weeks ago and they shared with me that their goal was to find a home in the local area as soon as possible. We had some strict finances that we needed to stay within and had no room to do more or less.

ANOTHER OFFER ACCEPTED 🎉🎉
It was a FUN weekend of setting appointments, matching clients to homes, writing offers, and negotiations. Wow!!! What a weekend! 😅
Needless to say I met a client last weekend and she shared with me that she was working with another Realtor prior to meeting me. She shared that she must have submitted 10 to 12 offers and lost ALL of them. She was very tired and defeated and needed help.
After sharing with her the best plan to win, I immediately gained her trust.
