Deck project progress:
We are making good progress on the deck framing; with the beams, joists and Glu-lams installed.
We have all the piers drilled (ranging from 25' - 30' deep). with 8 more to get concrete. Next we will focus on our concrete retaining wall at upper side that the main deck attaches to.

Drilling Piers for the Marin County deck project:
We used a combination of drilling equiptment on this project:- A portable rig for deck piers on the hillside, which were 18in diameter, & anywhere from 17ft -22ft deep, and then the larger rig for the upper crib wall piers, which were 24in. diameter, & 28ft. - 30ft deep of which 7ft. was in to hard rock!! - it took a while but the crew did a great job!!!

Extraction of an existing soldier pier…. Like pulling a tooth !💪👍👀
This bathroom remodel was a complete tear-out, we are now installing tile with a very intricate design. - cannot wait to see this tile install complete , it’s going to look amazing! ✅
