This class is designed for well seasoned dancers who want to expand on their improv skills, general technique, floor technique and artistic development. My class is very anatomically driven with my background in strength training and body work, so we will be sure to be moving from all of the right places! I also love to extract each individual dancer’s style and emphasize their super powers to be the very best version of themselves. The amount of choreography taught is determined by the class’s overall QUALITY and understanding of the movement.
