One thing I’ve had to face head-on this pregnancy is doubting my body in ways I never have before. Will it keep my baby safe to full term? Am I doing too much? Too little? Why do I get winded walking up stairs and feel like my round ligaments are tearing walking through Walmart? 🤣😅

I’ve always cared a whole lot more what my body can DO compared to what it LOOKS like, and pregnancy has been a good reminder to keep my priorities in check. Health is about so much more than a pants size or a number on the scale.

I encourage you to see your body as a vessel to carry you through the next adventure of life. Your ability to LIVE and THRIVE matters so much more than how your body looks in day to day life.
