Midday reframe for anyone who woke up today and thought "I should be further along by now." πŸ’‘

Healing is not a straight line. Growth is not a straight line. Life is DEFINITELY not a straight line.

Some days you feel like a whole new person. Some days you feel like you're right back at square one. Some days you feel like square one would actually be an upgrade. πŸ˜„

And here's the thing β€” all of those days count. Even the ones that feel like you went backwards. Even the ones where you barely got out of bed. Even the ones where your biggest win was drinking a glass of water and not catastrophizing before noon.

Progress doesn't always look like progress. Sometimes it looks like just getting through the day without quitting on yourself.

That still counts. YOU still count. πŸ’œ

What does "showing up messy" look like for you today? Drop it below β€” let's normalize the nonlinear. πŸ‘‡

Midday check β€” how many times today have you over-explained yourself? 🚫

"I can't make it because I have a thing, but also I might be able to move it, and I feel bad because last time I also said no, so let me just check myβ€”"

Sis. Stop. πŸ˜„

"No" is a full sentence. It always has been. You didn't need the paragraph. You didn't need the apology tour. You didn't need to pre-justify your decision before anyone even pushed back.

The over-explaining? That's a people-pleasing habit in a trench coat pretending to be politeness.

You're allowed to say no β€” clearly, kindly, and without a three-point explanation. πŸ’œ

How many unnecessary explanations have you given today? Be honest. πŸ˜‚ Drop it below β€” we're all guilty! πŸ‘‡
