*Remaining balance due 14 days before event (no exceptions/non-refundable)
*We provide items per package, we do not decorate using items purchased by clients. This is ensure the client receives all items in their package.
*We do not provide tables and chairs, we can refer you to our preferred rental company. (Unless specified in your package).
*Tables and chairs must be set-out and ready for decorations. We will not lift any tables or chairs from a closet or storage area.
*We do not remove trash from your event.
*We will set-up and break-down items owned or rented by ABDE only.
*Please be specific when booking your event, ex: event type, guest count, color scheme, etc.
*Rush events (booked 7 days before event) will incur a rush fee, please book early.
*ABDE travel fee required for events booked outside the Hampton roads area.
*Your event date is not secure until your deposit is paid.
*We are closed on Sunday’s and Holiday’s.
*Late fees will apply to balances not paid by the due date. Fees will accumulate starting the following day and after 48hrs the event will be cancelled (event credit will be provided for amounts paid).

Remaining balances that are not paid on time or as agreed will result in immediate event date cancellation. NO-EXCEPTIONS
You will receive one opportunity to re-schedule the event with-in 3 months (subject to event date availability).
