With a central focus on nutrition, we’ll also focus on all aspects of wellness, including the impact of sleep, stress, activity, hydration and more! You just have to take the first step. I am a certified nutritionist, certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I earned a degree in Business Management/Finance from Purdue University. When I’m not working with my clients, I love staying active, physically and mentally, with CrossFit, reading, traveling the world with my husband and spending precious time with friends and family.
