It is with profound sorrow and righteous anger that Veterans for America First mourns the loss of Lt. Col. Brandon Shah. He was a decorated Army veteran, the beloved leader of the Old Dominion University ROTC program, and a true American hero. Lt. Col. Shah was senselessly killed in an ISIS-inspired terrorist attack on Thursday at ODU, the very campus where he poured his heart into training the next generation of military officers.
A combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation Atlantic Resolve, Lt. Col. Shah embodied the finest qualities of American service: courage, leadership, and an unbreakable commitment to our nation. His many awards for valor and meritorious service are a lasting record of a life devoted to defending freedom against the same evil forces that took him from us today.
This attack, carried out by an individual with clear ties to ISIS who shouted “Allahu Akbar” as he opened fire, is a brutal reminder that the threat of radical Islamic terrorism remains very real on American soil. That it happened on a college campus and targeted the men and women who prepare our future defenders is an outrage that should shake every American awake.
We are deeply grateful for the extraordinary courage shown by the ODU ROTC cadets who immediately subdued and neutralized the attacker, stopping him from claiming more lives. Their quick action under fire reflects the same fighting spirit and selflessness that Lt. Col. Shah taught and lived every day.
To the family of Lt. Col. Shah, to the entire ODU community, and to everyone who had the honor of knowing or serving beside this remarkable officer: Veterans for America First stands with you in your grief and in your determination to carry on. We honor his sacrifice and promise to keep fighting for stronger borders, better support for our veterans, and the complete defeat of the hateful ideologies behind this atrocity.
America First means protecting our people from foreign threats, whether they come from across the world or right here at home. Lt. Col. Brandon Shah gave everything in that fight. We must make certain his death was not in vain.
Rest in peace, Lt. Col. Shah. Your service and your sacrifice will never be forgotten.

These RIOTERS are NOT PROTESTORS! They are domestic terrorists and criminal obstructionists. It is easy to stop them if you really want to. Just wait until the Insurrection Act is invoked.

CONSTITUTIONAL ALAYSIS ON ASSEMBLY:

Unlawful Assemblies are not Constitutionally protected activities. Peaceful Assemblies can not include illegal activities. Legal Assemblies require a permit where the applicant ensures the municipality of their intended location, the intended time, and their activities. These restrictions are within the SCOTUS opinions to define "Peaceable"

Place: Only public forums are appropriate places for lawful Assemblies.

Time: Only reasonable hours and durations are allowed. This is also commonly used to prevent 2 opposing groups from clashimg.

Manner: Only lawful activities are allowed. Additionally, applicants who have a history of causing a mess or damage to the venue can be required to post a bond or insurance policy for damage caused by their people.

Solution: Block them all in and contain the threat. Process and identify every single rioter. Arrest them, and post their photos online. Prosecute the leaders. Fund their common equipment and track the lot numbers to see who is buying things like gas masks, etc. Follow the money, and seize assets. Arrest the benefactors and cut off their resources.

"Why are you running for US Congress?

Simply put, because Unqualified Candidates are dangerous, and I am the Most Qualified. Here is a personal insight:

I was raised to value humility, but politics requires self-promotion. Those that know me personally, know that I do not boast, I am no elitist, and I'm never too good to do the dirty work. I learned leadership early, and it became expected from me at an early age. Out of social insecurity, I never publically shared my IQ because I believed it came with judgement that I couldn't be "cool." Further, it came with labels like genius or nerd. The number is 164. I became an undercover genius/nerd. I later discovered I wasn't fooling anyone.

In my youth, my intelligence was a burden. I was pulled by societal pressures to down-play my intellectual and philosophical nature. I later discovered that what I felt was a burden, was something my friends and family actually valued and depended on. We are all insecure about something in our youth.

Humility has taught me that one's Intelligence alone, without wisdom and experience, is like a new tool in the hand of an idiot. That is dangerous. What is equally dangerous, is the mixture of Ignorance and Arrogance. Even Jesus required the teachings of Joseph to learn carpentry. There are tons of smart people who do dumb things. Being a good person and pursuing happiness is the only true goal that matters.

As an adult, my motivations and valuations changed. Although we all want to be liked, being "cool" no longer mattered. Ironically, I think being a functional intellectual is the coolest. My value to my friends, family, and community isn't merely my capacity, but my creativity in problem-solving and my ability to help others.

When I was told, "You are capable of doing anything!", I heard, "You must do everything!" That is a heavy weight on a child. But a an adult, I now feel that burden to be my Duty; a duty to do what is Nobel and Right.

I now humble myself publically and ask for your support and vote to represent GA-14 in the US Congress with honored and integrity. My professional experience of applying my intelligence and philosophical wisdom is what makes me the Most Qualified candidate.

I am a Conservative Christian Republican who knows what that means. I understand the job. I have the perspective you can trust. And, I have the integrity to do what is right, even when no one is watching.

I believe the Founding Fathers were inspired by God. I believe the rights enshrined in the US Constitution and Bill of Rights are God-given. As I fight to restore Our Constitutional Republic to empower We the People, I am certain I am doing the right thing at the right time.

I am loyal to President Donald J. Trump because he is loyal to Individual Freedoms, Individual Salvation, the US Constitution, and the American People. I am loyal to the America First and MAGA Movements for these same reasons.

I was honored to be invited by Congressman Brian Jack to attend a roundtable today in Coweta at the Central Education Center with honored guests including Lt Governor Burt Jones and US Department of Education Madam Secretary Linda McMahon.

The panel discussed technical and trade options for high-school students and the benefit of the CEC to the community and local businesses. Other Georgia counties can model similar facilities across the state.

Of course, there were "protesters" outside the event objecting to anything related to Making America Great Again.

PAID PROTESTORS ATTACKING ICE AGENTS: FOLLOW THE MONEY

Respondeat Superior is the civil legal construct that holds an Employer responsible for the actions of their Employees while furthering the Employer's interests. The direct translation is, "let the master answer."

The paid protestors are organized, trained, funded, and given direction from somewhere and someone. They are employees of their puppet masters. They are directed on function, manner, and means; given equipment; and incentivised monetarily or in-kind.

This applies to both for-prift and non-profit corporations. Follow the money and hold them accountable.

We need accountability. We need clarity.
