Throughout this week, Pattern will share key data from our latest report on migration and its effects on the Hudson Valley. People have always moved back and forth between our region and New York City, but the net number of metro-area folks moving into our communities has been especially high since the pandemic. Since 2019, approximately 100,000 people from New York City moved into our nine counties. Here are the data from 2021-2022.
