Charles Collard

One of the hardest working people you'll ever meet. He is a whiz with dates and oldies music. Works multiple part time jobs despite having a mental handicap. He's currently works at Newburgh Park Motors and Independant Living. His favorite places to shop are Rite Aid, Walmart, Target & Geraci's.
