I may not always agree with Dr. Zyback, but I do agree with Dr. Zybach, "Donations, NOT ISSUES -- have been what wins elections here in Oregon (then there are those who truly seek information and candidate perspectives).

Why does money often win elections? Money funds communication, and communication captures attention. That’s how Donald Trump rose to power, and we’ve seen the impact that had on America.

Donations pay for:

Mailers, Digital ads, Yard signs, Field organizers, Attending Events, Texting, Door‑knocking, Voter data, and Professional messaging.

(An estimate of $3,949 was just for my 'Kriss Wright for State Representative' campaign signs—just one type of voter outreach mentioned above.) These signs are made of plastic, taking 30,000 years or more to decompose, even as we discuss helping Oregon address environmental and climate change challenges. We need to consider how our behavior impacts the very things we fight to protect. --KW

Issues only matter if people hear them repeatedly. -- Repetition costs money.

The campaign that communicates the most repetitiously usually shapes the narrative.

Research shows most voters don’t vote based on long policy lists.
They vote based on:

Who seems trustworthy, Who seems competent, Who seems like “one of us”, Who seems to understand their life. 'Seems' is a key word here!

Money allows candidates to share and promote their story, even if they have a controversial background, like DJ Trump showing up and telling his followers whatever it takes to get into office.

A candidate with strong issues but low donations is unheard.

This is why you see PACs, caucuses, and wealthy donors investing heavily — they know communication is the battlefield.

Please don’t let this become Oregon’s future. Take the time to look into your local, regional, and state issues, and recognize who is genuinely helping and who might be harming Oregon's future with hidden agendas.

KrissWright4StateRep Thanks Kris -- I will need more than luck -- both candidates have raised more than 20X as much as me, and that's how elections are decided these days. Donations, not issues -- but my intent has been public and political education from Day 1, and this video will further that effort.

Lane County, Oregon, I believe in Dr. Bob Zybach and hope you choose a leader who is both passionate and well-informed about Lane County issues. He’s the kind of community leader who is passionate and rolls up his sleeves to work hard for the people of Lane County, making a big difference in the lives of everyday people.

Please support candidates who truly represent the people, not those more concerned with flashy displays, empty promises, and alienating anyone deemed unpatriotic such as our current President DJT. It’s the kind of behavior a certain book warns the world about, are we listening...

I know your busy, but this is a 3-alarm fire that needs you to help put it out.

The United States really wants and needs great leaders, so please take the time to learn about candidates that truly have our lives in their hands and will make a POSITIVE difference for you and their communities.

Please don't pay attention to the billionaire's pocketbook. With that much money you can shape the narrative and make anything look and sound so good. (remember all of DJT's campaign promises?)

Vote for leaders who genuinely work for you, not for the billionaire boys’ club or their own hidden agendas, once in office.
