What. A. Team! UVLD partnered with LEO Events this fall on a sprawling multi-venue, multi-room event—eight fully produced stages, and we were thrilled to be there. We can’t share event pictures, but UVLD loves a night at a mid-level family friendly restaurant. Here at an extravaganza of wings and apps are our designers Greg Cohen, Matt Webb, Rob Cangemi, Helena Magee, Jeff Nellis, Matthew Piercy, Sam Swagert, Abby Wells, and Sieun Ye, along with a true powerhouse of an electrician lineup: Glenn Bowman, Pete Cambell, John Cambell, Brian Davies, Dave Favorita, Bill Hopkins, Mark Nead, Jeff Quinn, Robert Reichling, Sal Restuccia, and Johnny Washam. We were honored to bring our A-Team to this A-Level event produced by LEO. 

Congratulations to our own Kevin Lawson for garnering his seventh Prime Time Emmy nomination, this time as a Lighting Director for the 2024 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony!  Collaborating often with lighting designer Allen Branton, Kevin is no stranger to the Emmy’s, having won the prize in 2022 for the same roll. In addition to his enormous breadth of lighting design experience ranging from Broadway to broadcast television to high end corporate work, Kevin also teaches lighting design and technology at the University Of Cincinnati. We’re proud to have him on our UVLD team!
