Bald for Bucks was born in the Spring of 2002, when Tony George, a teacher of Lake Shore High School, told his sister who was battling cancer that he would shave his head with her and remain bald until her hair started to grow back. Way-da-go Cuba-Rushford! The “Rockin’ Rebels” came together for Bald for Bucks, raising over $10,700 and reaching an incredible $120,000 cumulative total to support Roswell Park. 💙

Silver Creek Central School District’s Bald for Bucks was a day to remember!
Silver Creek had their highest fundraising year yet by raising over $7,000 to support lifesaving cancer research and patient care at Roswell Park! A huge thank you to event coordinator Jessica Kardashian for putting this all together, Silver Creek’s Knights Against Cancer Club and to everyone who participated or donated to the cause!
