The known fact is that the youth lost a generation of men. The influences of street certification has caused many men to detour from their responsibilities as men. Men would make babies while accepting another culture of manhood while exposed to the streets. Men had no conception of the importance of fathering. Not all but the ones who values were less. As long as a man could provide, the man was satisfied and when it was beneficial to the woman he was her ideal man. This was the lifestyle that solicited men to patronize the streets. Our men became victimized by being a product of their environment. They took a turn in their lives. They became immune to the environment. It was justifiable to solicit drugs, enforce violence, change from our roots. Most of us come from homegrown communities. When you see the climate of prison you see your own through many lives and you come to see the pattern of the streets don't change. We fall down the same path. It begins at a young age. Mines was as early as 11 yrs old to see the destruction at large. As well as the allure of materialism. REALVOICES are truly the lives of the oppressed that have risen from the darkness. The darkness of fatalities. How can a man be voiceless!! This does a disservice to every male and female gender. Ignorance makes people blind and destroys self. It goes on and on.
