In Harlem is an alliance of businesses, churches, government agencies and institutions who genuinely care about the Harlem community and want to promote a substance-abuse-free environment. Our Mission is to create a network of organizations dedicated to supporting and empowering Harlem’s youth to achieve and maintain a substance-free lifestyle.
