Last month, our incredible community organizations came together for the Bronx Health & Wellness Fair in Hunts Point! The event brough free health screenings, health and wellness resources, a community yoga class, fun activities for children, and free haircuts among other activities to our community members.

We thank Graham’s Bronx School-Based Early Support, Health Homes Care Management, and O.U.R. Place Family Enrichment Center teams for making this event a success! We were also joined by Council Member Justin Sanchez, who represents the South Bronx.
