Suitable for pets! A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Rate per pet: $75/ per pet (non-refundable) Maximum weight: Cats: 25 pounds. Dogs: 40 pounds. The pet policy does not apply to service animals.

-Personal numbers of the people who are going to rent.

-ID (in case you have a passport or an undocumented immigration permit).

-Consance of work. (Proof of payment from the institution or place where you work).

NOTE:

If you wish to apply, you must pay a tax for the application (refundable) and be able to visit the property.

Tax, 150.00 USD (tax payment is mandatory to process the rent).
