π£ It's not too late to speak up. Urge the Senate to protect school meals and SNAP in the Farm Bill!
The Farm Bill has moved to the Senate, and this is a critical moment to take action. As families continue to face high food costs, school meals help keep students nourished, healthy, and ready to learn.
SNAP plays a vital role in connecting eligible students to free school meals through direct certification and helps schools use the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) to offer free breakfast and lunch to every student. Protecting these programs keeps nutritious meals accessible, reduces administrative burdens for schools, and helps ensure more resources go toward feeding kidsβnot paperwork.
