our rates are event driven and the average stay is 3-4 nights. The standard rate is $96/night; special event rates range from $115-250/night. Each of our 52 paved sites are at least 30’ wide x 60’ deep and features 20/30/50 amp electric, limited internet access, 62 channels of cable TV, city water and sewer. Our clubhouse provides a recreation room with 2 computers, fitness center and laundry rooms, ATM machine & 4 private baths with shower. The French Quarter-style courtyard surrounds an on-site 1 bedroom suite, available upon request at $250.00 per night. There's also a pool, hot tub, gazebo with bar facilities for your enjoyment and ice machine. Privately owned premium RV sites can be requested upon availability.
