Progressive Marine Service is an employment agency that searches for jobs for people in the Offshore Industry. We mainly work with companies that run boats, so if you are looking for work on a vessel, from deckhand to cook to Engineer to Captain, we can try to help you find something. Personnel Managers from 40-50 Companies across the U.S. call us when they need a position filled, so we can save you time in your work search. Our representatives are based in Louisiana, Texas and Florida; our fees are fair, in the middle-range for our services.
At the moment, we do not have any positions available for newcomers to the industry. The only exception is Cooks/Chefs/Bakers, who do need professional cooking experience and possess a TWIC card. All positions offshore now require the TWIC security card and we can't even get you an interview without the card IN HAND.
