🚨The deadline to submit your PAS-1 is tomorrow, October 31st!🚨

If you are 65+ or currently receiving Social Security Disability benefits, you may be eligible for property tax relief through the Stay NJ, Senior Freeze, and ANCHOR programs. Relief is available to both homeowners and renters.

You can apply online at https://propertytaxreliefapp.nj.gov/ or stop at our office to pick up a paper application. Our office is located at 331 Newman Springs Road, Building 3, Suite 304, Red Bank, NJ 07701.

Paper applications being mailed to the Department of Treasury must be postmarked by October 31st to be considered on time.
