Locating exceptional businesses can be challenging, but finding outstanding customers like this is even more rare. We recently completed a culvert job for them, which was followed by extreme flash flooding that resulted in over 6.5 inches of rainfall. Unfortunately, several bridges and roads were completely destroyed, including theirs. However, we took the initiative to rectify the situation. We were on site the very next day, commencing work to restore their property. By 8:30 the following morning, they were able to access their property again. We successfully restored access to these customers' home following an unfortunate incident involving a truck and high water that compromised their culverts. The new culverts installed are larger and more reinforced. Have you observed the significant difference in size and reinforcement on both sides? Adopting a proactive approach to infrastructure development helps prevent erosion-related issues.
