Another screen clog!
This customer after moving in, noticed their new dryer wasnβt working. After inspection, a screen was found within the roof exhaust hood for the dryer vent. Screens are never recommended, especially on roofs. Screens will inevitably trap lint causing poor airflow and long drying times.
After removing the screen and cleaning the entire vent, the dryer worked again!
