**Urgent Message**

Hello Poplar Ridge residents. This page is going offline and will be fully deactivated as we transition into being managed by Synergy Real Estate group and to preserve the privacy of residents who are admins of this page and are either moving/moved away or do not wish to be associated with official HOA dealings. Please join us in our transition over to the new page called “Poplar Ridge Homeowner’s Association”. The board will still monitor activity on this page in the interim as we move to the new page, which you will see edit and grow in the coming months! You will be able to message the new page with any questions and concerns you have, as well as have access to all the contact information for our new management company, Synergy Real Estate Group. Okay Poplar Ridge Folks...We are rescheduling the Neighborhood Picnic for Sunday June 30th. With Father's Day being this Sunday, we are finding that a lot of our residents will be unable to attend this weekend. We want as big of a gathering as possible.

With that being said, you will still be receiving a flyer in the next day or two notifying you of this change in plans. We will also be asking everyone to RSVP because your HOA will be providing food and drinks for this event!

We are sorry for the last minute change of plans. We hope everyone who was planning to attend this Sunday will be able to make the June 30th date.
