Come feed my starter with me!

This is what it’s all about. My entire livelihood is centered around this little jar and the 4g inside. But 4 turns into 36, which turns into eventually 6000+ that I use to make all of my loaves and goodies for my market and drops each week. And then we do it all again next week. Cue “Circle of Life” 🎶🎤

I’ll be showing more of a “bulk” style feed and time lapse in the next couple of days. My comments and DMs are open for questions 🫶🏼🍞

UPDATE!!

My Sunday bread drops will now be at Bean To Cup Coffee Lounge. Right up the road from the old pick up spot on Sundays. Steps are still the same! Preorder on the website by Thursday, pick up your order at Bean to Cup on Sunday! Grateful to still be able to serve my East/South Naples peeps. 🫶🏼

Since there will be no Vanderbilt Farmers Market on July 4, I’ll be taking the week to regroup, recipe test, and just enjoy time with family and friends. Next opportunity for bread will be Saturday July 11. Might even have a new fun item or two to taste at the market. Preorders will open tomorrow! Enjoy the holiday ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸

Adding a bread drop to the schedule this week but you have to get your orders in by Tuesday night! Vanderbilt Market will not be open on July 4th so stock up to get you through to the following week. Friday June 26 at Uptown Chemist and Saturday June 27 at Vanderbilt Market are the last opportunities for bread until July 11!

How are we in June already?! Wild! Here’s where you can find me LIVE this month. In addition to these in person options, I’ll have my weekly drops on Sunday for pickup at The Bayshore Bodega and June 26th at Uptown Chemist. The drops are preorder only and close 2 full days before the drop. Link in my bio to order. Preorders are encouraged for the live markets/pop ups too!

Come with me as I prep Roasted Garlic and Rosemary loaves for this Friday’s pop up at ! I add my inclusions around my 2nd set of coil folds so they are more evenly distributed throughout the loaves. After a couple more rounds of coil folds these babies are ready to shape and then cold proof overnight before baking! Hope to see you Friday!

Quick May Announcement 🥰 is revamping to come back better than before! While we take the small hiatus from the market I will still have bread drops happening for pick up at Bayshore Bodega every Sunday from 9-1! Pre-order using the link in my bio.
