Summary:
Participates as technical expert in design, development, coding, testing, and/or debugging of major new software and/or significant enhancements to existing software.
Responsible for maintaining client integration services and working directly with client representative to keep operations up to date.
Responsible for administering technical account management for all cloud tenants, software services, and any other technical assets requiring admin configuration.
Works with CSR and operations staff to help guide them on usage and technical issues with internal and vendor software, as well as networking and hardware issues.
Acts as technical SME on all aspects of software platform, hardware functionality, and day to day technical operations.
Manages projects independently and is able to estimate and plan for future development work.
Comfortable in back end processing and front end web development.

Familiar with Azure platform, Google Cloud Platform, REST API development
