ts possible to produce an artisanal liqueur that is authentic, stunning, and delicious. Every time. Our intention was to create a serious coffee spirit that was best enjoyed on its own. In order to produce a product that we could be really proud of we had to abandon the very common practice of using powdered coffee, inexpensive alcohol and corn syrup. Firelit is real cold brewed coffee, quality unaged Chardonnay brandy and cane sugar. We use three different techniques for extracting all of the best characteristics from the single origin coffees we select. Although it is labor intensive and costly it allows us to add much less sugar because we do not have to mask any unfavorable flavors with sweetness or add any coloring. The result is a very natural and true coffee spirit.
