During a verified Military Government, the Constitution and Bill of Rights, are ineffective.

The 1798 Aliens and Sedition Act suspends the 1st and 5th Amendments.

The Seditions portion arrests and punished any Reporter or Journalist who writes against the Government during a Wartime period.

SCOTUS verified the President, Commander-in-Chief, can invoke the 1798 Aliens and Seditions Act.

Which is also, Validation, the Military Government is installed.

Law is a written discipline.

The Law reads the Constitution supports a Military Government, NOT, the Military Government supports the Constitution.
