Last night, our talented (Plugged In and Dialed In) performers took the stage for their showcase, and just like our high school group during their NYC experience, they absolutely knocked it out of the park. 🎭✨

We are so proud of the growth, dedication, and hard work each student has shown throughout this intensive program.

Watching their confidence and skills develop has been an incredible journey, and we can't wait to continue creating even more opportunities for young performers in the future.

🎭✨ One of the highlights of our LOCKED IN³ NYC experience was spending time with Broadway performer Michael Olaribigbe!

Students first had the opportunity to see Michael perform in "Chess" on Broadway, where he graciously stayed after the show for a special talkback.

The next day, he joined our students before their showcase to offer feedback and encouragement.

Michael's Broadway credits include "Chess," "Once Upon a Mattress," and "The Heart of Rock and Roll," along with "Wonderful Town" Off-Broadway.

We're so thankful for artists like Michael who take the time to invest in the next generation of performers.

Our students walked away inspired, encouraged, and even more excited about their own journeys in the arts. ❤️🎭

🎭 Meet Andrea L. Patterson!

Last in our instructor spotlight series is Andrea L. Patterson, who will be teaching acting to our students during their workshop sessions in NYC! ✨

Andrea L. Patterson is an Obie Award-winning actress based in New York City and a graduate of the SUNY Purchase Acting Conservatory.

Patterson's stage credits include originating the role of Ainee in the world premiere of "cullud wattah" at The Public Theater, for which she also received a Drama Desk Award nomination; the role of Luanne/Jade in "Confederates" at Signature Theatre; and, most recently, Helen (of Troy) in "Memnon" at The Getty Villa in Los Angeles and with The Classical Theatre of Harlem.

Patterson's television credits include guest star roles on "Blue Bloods" (CBS), "Manifest" (NBC), and "Jessica Jones" (Netflix).

What an incredible opportunity for our students to learn from an award-winning actress with experience across professional theatre and television. ❤️🎭
