It solves them all π
Tried to do yoga the other day but as you can hear πI wasnβt zen. It was stressed, my coffee didnβt kick in, and I really havenβt been feeling good about my body.
Iβve had 3 people this week tell me I look like Iβve lost weight which is not what I want. I want to gain, gain muscle & glutes. Iβm just having a hard time eating, just keeping up with meals and not skipping.
