Our were excited to join community leaders in celebrating the groundbreaking of Seaboard Vista, an exciting mixed-use redevelopment that will breathe new life into four historic buildings along Gervais and Lady Streets. 🏢
Led by Mashburn Construction Company, Inc. and Avant Holdings, this project will transform the space into a vibrant, walkable district with residential, retail and creative spaces, while preserving a meaningful piece of Columbia’s history. Even more special, this milestone comes as Mashburn celebrates 50 years in Columbia and looks ahead to its next chapter.
