Must be 18 years or older to book an appointment.
$25 booking fee is required to book an appointment. Specials are prepaid to book an appointment.
24 hrs notice to reschedule, after the 2nd reschedule an additional booking fee is required. Late 15 minutes or more is considered a no show and will result in an additional booking fee to reschedule.
