DOCTRINE: We believe in the Holy Bible, One Canon of Scripture in two Testaments, Old and New as Divinely inspired and the final authority on all matters of faith and practice. We are trinitarian - confessing the three historic creeds (Apostles, Nicene, Athanasian) as its basic statement of faith. We acknowledge the value of the apostolic/patristic tradition of the early church, particularly the first four ecumenical church councils of the first five centuries, as a faithful testimony to the witness and work of the Holy Spirit in the one, undivided church since the Day of Pentecost. We believe in salvation by grace through faith in the atoning work of Jesus Christ and the indwelling Holy Spirit. We acknowledge two dominical sacraments instituted by Christ: Water Baptism and Holy Communion. We believe in the fullness of the Holy Spirit in order to build up the Body of Christ in love.
