A big thing I’ve learned since I started lifting was make sure you put yourself in an environment that makes you uncomfortable.... which might sound weird but no one has grown from being comfortable.
A few years ago I would have NEVER stepped into a gym like this... it intimated me to be in a gym with people that knew what they were doin... but now I have no problem walkin into a badass gym like && getting a great lift in!

Make sure you are gettin uncomfortable and growing♥️
