As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, our commitment continues. 🙌 Creating more good days means ensuring people have access to the right support at the right time. At Ridgeview Institute - Monroe, we’re dedicated to expanding awareness, strengthening connections, and providing compassionate, quality care every day.

Throughout May, our team has worn green in support of our mission to help patients reach mental wellness—and we carry that commitment forward every day. 🫶 Mental health matters—this month and every month.

Let’s keep showing up for one another. 💚

Sometimes, a “good day” is built on small, intentional moments. 👌

Taking a walk, setting boundaries, reaching out, or simply pausing to breathe—these small steps can have a big impact on mental well-being. As we wear green throughout May, we’re reminded that even small actions—like checking in on yourself or someone else—can support the journey to mental wellness. 💚

This month, we encourage you to identify one small action that helps you feel grounded and supported. Over time, those moments can turn into more good days. 👍

Prevention starts with awareness, education, and accountability. 🫶

This Sexual Assault Awareness Month, we encourage our community to:
✔ Promote healthy boundaries and consent education
✔ Support survivors without judgment
✔ Speak up against harmful behaviors and stigma

Behavioral health care plays a critical role in both prevention and recovery. Together, we can create safer environments for everyone.

We appreciate The University of Georgia for inviting Ridgeview Institute - Monroe to participate in your recent community resource fair!

It was an honor to connect with students, faculty, and fellow community partners while sharing the mental health resources and support services we offer. 💚

Events like these are a powerful reminder of the importance of coming together to promote awareness, access, and care for mental health in our communities. Thank you for creating space for these meaningful conversations.

We’re proud to support the well-being of the Bulldog community—Go Bulldogs! 🐾

🧡 March is recognized as Self-Harm Awareness Month — a time to reduce stigma and encourage early intervention.

Self-harm is often a coping response to overwhelming emotional pain, not a desire for attention.

Our team provides:
• Compassionate assessment
• Trauma-informed care
• Skills-based therapy for emotion regulation
• Safe stabilization when needed

Awareness creates understanding. Support creates healing.📞 678-635-3500
