A few days ago, while in a comfortable sleep, the Lord woke me up & told me to check my phone. I had spent all night working with producers & I just wanted to sleep but the Lord insisted this phone message was different. As I scrolled thru my phone, I was saddened to read that EDM had recently lost one of its singers, Nicole Mitchell (). She was a celebrated performer appearing in plays such as Dreamgirls & The Lion King. I was informed that she was slated to record a new record & asked if I would be willing to do the record. Friday, I signed on to write, arrange & record the vocals with house producer Alex Ander at the helm. Her record will now become her tribute. Such big shoes to fill. It is my honor to do so. RIP Nicole -
