Image Mill was founded in 1996 as a large format printing company. Our history has seen us evolve into a multi-discipline graphics producer specializing in environmental graphics, consistently providing work both locally and abroad. While a large amount of our business is still rooted in printing, we also deal with wood, metal, and a variety of other mediums.

As a project manager, you will work as a communications bridge between the customer, vendor, and internal departments to ensure projects are completed accurately, on budget, and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret graphics packages and architectural drawings to provide write-ups for estimating.
• Liaison with salespeople, production, and clients to set expectations and ensure jobs are executed correctly and within given timeframes.
• Work on multiple projects at a time that are in varying phases of completion.
• Visit job sites for surveys, meetings, and quality checks.
• Work with third-party vendors to produce work accurately and on time.
• Review and approve third party quotes and invoices to ensure projects are within budget.

Requirements:

• Strong and responsive communicator both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in Office based software.
• Valid driver's license with personal insurance.
• Must be able to work independently and within a team.
• Be willing to attend job sites outside of normal business hours.
• Must be comfortable multitasking, flexible, and amenable to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person.

Wide range of file setup and printing duties to include but not limited to:

• Prepping files for print with Adobe Creative Cloud products
• Processing files through Caldera RIP Software
• Operating a variety of large format printers (will train as needed)
• Communicate with production for necessary finishing requirements
• Generate shop drawings for client review
• Knowledge of 3D Modeling programs is a plus
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated problem solver
• Some heavy lifting required

• Occasional overtime and weekend work
• Works well on a team or individually and presents a professional appearance

• Working with Steel and Aluminum
• Use of Mig & Tig Welders to produce architectural finished products
• Use of waterjet computer applications to cut parts (Will train)
• Knowledge of cold saws and chop saws
• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated problem solver
• Some heavy lifting required
